I recall one similar to this one where the main character played jacks with younger sister in the past and older sister thought he was part of the moving crew when he showed up at their house. The younger sister doesn't recognize her old friend. The mc and the younger sister get a last minute reservation at the Italian restaurant at the chef's table… course I can't remember the name of the story… jacks and hearts or something like that?

Not to be a nitpicker, but in the story, he only gets engaged! Marriage is assumed from the character development, tho.
