It has been several years since I read this story and I remember very few details. What I remember is that a brother and sister (i think teens) are best friends. They often go on double dates, and sometimes both have sex with their dates while the siblings hold hands with each other. I do not recall whether the siblings ever have sex with each other, but I would guess yes. I do not recall if they all lived happily ever after.
