Exactly! The symptoms listed mirror the symptoms of liver failure.
That's why people who drink a large amount regularly should never use Tylenol. Even one night of very heavy drinking, combined with Tylenol can lead to liver failure and death.

Aspirin can kill you in high enough doses. An LD50 of 200mg/kg rather than 2402mg/kg for acetaminophen . . . really? 12 times more toxic than Tylenol, but people are not freaking out about it? let me check . . . ibuprofen 632 mg aspirin 200 tylenol 2402. yup multiple sources. Ok so at 325 mg a pill thats . . a lot of pills for a 180 lb person. but still it can kill you, especially with other drug interactions.

My father is one of those people that shows why medical staff ask if you have any allergies or reactions to drugs. My father back in the 1970's took two over the counter Tylenol tablets and it wasn't long after taking said medic that he collapsed and didn't wake up (recover) till a day later. I have never had any problem with Tylenol myself but I do avoid it and always add my fathers reaction to my medical history.

I always check whether the medic means 'allergic to' ie could kill you or 'sensitive to' ie it might make you feel a bit sick or give you a rash but it definitely won't kill you. Even qualified doctors don't seem to realise the difference.
