He starts out building a car with newly developed computer sensors and making the wheels turn 180 degrees or more. He gets pages and pages of patents. Opens up his own garage. Falls in love with girl down street. Near end she is killed by North Korean jets and he develops new technology to send him back a few years to when she is still alive then story ends.
