I believe the title was something like Educational Gloryhole or something similar. The main character is named Maven. She and her friend learn about a gloryhole in school and start to experiment with it. I think a coach and the friend's mom get involved at some point and they start to rapidly fall down a rabbit hole of depravity.

I did a search for gloryhole and didn't find anything matching your description.

I then did another search for Maven. Still nothing. My guess is it's on another site, or it's been removed.
