Been looking for a story where the main character has...
A custom-built motor home (RV) that has electric motors for each wheel for power.
He rescues some women and girls in a snowstorm, they camp out a few days in the RV on the road until the storm stops then he drives them to town. Big reception by the parents at the hospital.
Also, He is on the Sheriffs shooting team, wins trophies and later helps or becomes an agent with some government law enforcement agency.
