I read book 1 of a multi book store I think was named 'Alturist' (not sure of spelling). I can't find the original book I read or any follow up books. With a case of CRS don't know author but thought it was Barneyr, has CRS completely kicked in.

Just to say, looking at Old Fart's page there's four books, not two. Alterist is the first of his 4-book 'Cave in the Wilderness' universe.
