I believe this was a do over. The MC is male and has a deranged brother, I think name was Hamilton. He uses former knowledge to make a fortune. He moves out during last year or 2 of high school. Has biker friend buy him booze. He attends RPI for college. Goes into politics later and is elected as Republican in a Democratic area. Ends up as VP to George W Bush
