Seems like if you're logged in it doesn't work, but if you use a private/incognito window it may.
Are you talking about Illiteracy (or similar)? I don't have a login there but it seems to be working ok. The front page says they are currently testing a Beta version of something or other.
It seems like they've been testing that beta version for years now. I don't see how it is any different from the earlier version.
