Who is the author phantom horse
I could not find an author named "phantom horse".
There is a story called Phantom Heat: the Phantom Horse Bridge Series Book 3 (Note: there does not seem to be a Book 1 or 2). This is by Robin Deeter.
The author of the book Phantom Horse was
Christine Pullein-Thompson.
Any other answer needs more information, sorry.

Phantom Horse Bridge is a multi author series. There seems to have been a snafu trying to have ot show up as a series on th Ed site, though. Two of the authors have created separate series with just their own contributions.

My favourite of the 'universe' was the first story posted on SOL, by Lynn Donovan - Phantom Mystery. But then I have a soft spot for heroines who are different and original. But when all the subsequent stories in the same universe turned out formulaic, like women's paperback romances where love with a square-jawed hero always triumphs over adversity, my interest declined.
