Not much to go on...

tgraham812 ๐Ÿšซ

I am looking for a story that I read a while back. The only thing I remember about it other than it was a good read, is that the main character was talking with someone else about birthdays, and mentioned that he had never had a birthday party or presents other than a couple cards when he was younger. This is because his parents where both accountants and once he left home he had to reimburse them for the cost of raising him. Any help finding this story would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Lol Thanks. I literally started reading axeman again last night after I posted this thread and just reached that part of the story, then came back here to say I found it. Thanks for the help though.

It's a shame that both Axeman and Server Change are just begging for sequels.

And Transitional Adventurer. There are so many stories, not only by Shaddoth but by others, that I'd love to see the sequels to. Some, I've thought about attempting to write a sequel to. Problem is, when the authors drop off the face of the earth, you don't know the status, you don't know their plans, and most (me included) don't want to step on toes (or perhaps tromp would be more descriptive).

Examples that immediately come to mind: Older and Sexier by Caesar; finishing Friday Night Lights by the Senator; Saint Luke by Reluctant Sir; Talked Themselves Into It by Downing Street (this was on this site once, I believe, now it's on another one); Sequels to The Touch and The Sight; Magic 101... Hell, the Starman movie of a couple of decades ago. Given a bit of time, I can come up with plenty of other ones.

I'm not sure what, if anything ever could be done about it. The stories belong to the authors - it just seems there are so many missed opportunities.
