Looking for a story - Takes place in Valdosta, Georgia

sekretuposts ๐Ÿšซ

Looking for a story that was started in 2021 I think? About loner kid who basically hates his life until a girl moves in next door and they become friends. At some point he tries to kill himself and doesn't succeed. But his life turns around and he works on a horse farm and starts playing baseball and makes new friends, etc.

I believe there were 2 or 3 books in series, and I seem to recall one of them had Moon in the title. But I could never find it again and this was before I actually created an account and favorited stuff so no way to find it again.

I've tried using search but no real luck. Any ideas?

Or maybe the author deleted the stories. :(

Mark S. Elias is the author of those stories, and removed them earlier this year. He's also closed his account.

I enjoyed those stories as well, and looked forward to more of that series.

He's also closed his account.

Even if you set up an author account, you won't show up in the authors list until you have at least one story posted.

For those who had all their stories pulled, the author account may still exist under the hood, but they won't show up in the Authors list.

I've asked Lazeez about this in the past.

Mark S. Elias, The Georgia Moon series:
Georgia Moonbeams
Summer's Dance
Georgia Moonrise

Searching the net might turn up a place where you can read or buy them.

@Keet

On his Bookapy author page he does list a Patreon site that might help.

@vern

Unfortunately there are only 2 books on LuLu and I cannot find Summer's Dance anywhere now.

I thought it was impossible to remove yourself this completely from the internet!

I'm glad I downloaded them when I did in Jan.
