There was a story with a guy who ends up as a conselor with another girl form his school that he likes. he goes to camp on the girl campers bus (his crush goes on the boy campers bus) and they tease and fool around with him. He sleeps in /leads up one of the female dorms where one camper gets with him at night and I believe in the shower. Eventually he gets with his schoolmate who is a counselor with him. I believe he sleeps with a mother of a camper too.
I automatically thought of HAL, but now I'm not so sure. Take a look at 'Summer Camp On The Lake' just in case.

I don't recall the name or the author, but the guy was assigned to a cabin with young teen and preteen girls. It was part of a school community service project. He has, at least, oral sex with all of them.
His crush has sex with a couple of young boys.
When they head back to school, she goes back to her boyfriend. I remember that the boyfriend was named Jimmy or Jerry.
