I can't find any authors on SOL by that name. Do you know if they used any pseudonyms?
I searched Google and found two smaller sites with what may be the story in question, one had nine chapters and the other only had chapter 10 that I could see, but it was not a well organised site.
It's an unfortunate fact of online stories that often there is no complete version. Many authors post chapters as they write them and if they get bored they simply stop. This is made worse by the fact that many amateur authors don't plan their plots or character development in advance, making it more likely that they'll get stuck or lost.
