As I recall a black man was the subject of an Army experiment that gave him pheromones that attracted women. There might have been physical changes to him too.
He is irresistible to women and he uses them making them become prostitutes to get money for him. He might have a company he uses to increase his wealth and power. There might be other men like him working for him.
He is not a nice guy, and the story as I recall exhibits his desire to take revenge on whites for injustices and what was done to him.
