When a cheerleader show up with her hands super glued to the steering wheel
Sorry, the MC is a man, the cheerleader was high school. She drove up looking for help, he helps getting her unstuck and romance ensues. She may be previously known to him, friend of the family or something.
Is the steering wheel attached to anything other than her hands?
two possible scenarios:
Yes: she's still sitting in the car. But how did she get it in motion with her hands glued to the steering wheel so she could show up somewhere?
No: she found someone who disconnected the steering wheel from the car and she now showed up in the ER to get it removed from her hands.
@itsmehonest
as redlion75 asked, please provide some more details.
HM.

I'm assuming a left hand drive car and an automatic transmission.
The victim is the owner and sole driver of the car. Therefore she does not have to adjust the mirrors, the seat, or any thing else.
The victim gets into the car and closes the door with out putting her right hand on the steering wheel (unlikely).
She cranks the car and moves her right hand directly to the shift lever.
She drives straight ahead or (not likely) backs out without taking her hand off the shift lever.
All without noticing that her left hand is stuck.
I'd say it is possible, but the number of times it would work out of X number of attempts would be low.
Oh, if the smell of the super glue is gone, it is already dry and wont stick. So, she has to have a very bad sinus infection just to be able to stand to get into the car. ;)
Some scenarios are just too good to be stopped by implausible. (and some authors just don't care if it's plausible or not)

Yes, it would be a dull world with out them.
I did a search with super glue steering wheel and it came up with 384 entries. Of course. It was just looking at the individual words. I stopped checking them out after the first 30.
