MC ended up in the hospital after rescuing a child (not sure). When his parents went to visit him, his mother requested that his father leave them alone because he has something to do with the accident, and then have sex with him. Also sometime before the accident, MC takes advantage of his mother while she was sleeping (or drunk).

Um, are you sure you copied the right link? Babymaker is about a teen boy obsessed with impregnation who decides to target seventh-grade girls for his exploits since they will be less careful about protection than girls his age.
Not saying there isn't a scene like OP described, but it's not an obvious plot element.
