Night time raid of a Pot Farm, save kidnapped kids

Hello Everyone,

IM looking for a story in which the main male character discovers a hidden pot farm on a large ranch while flying over it. I Believe they have to use a some sort of photography shop to develop the images they take. They make a plan and raid the farm, during the raid they discover a bunch of kidnapped teens, including several who have been tied to wooden crosses and whipped.

I believe they then call in a councilor and the kids parents.

I also believe they shopped for this raid at a military surplus store at some point

The main band of rescuers may have been on hourses

I don't really recall anything else from this story, but I believe its part of a bigger story.

It is just one episode from a bigger story, one I read within the last two years (probably the last year), but dang if I can remember what it was.

That's it but the chipmunks grandfather is the one to find them.hes special forces retired and the town cops are dirty.

Someone asked for that story - based on that scene - fairly recently, probably within the last year. It's a bit strange that the story is Premier Only, his other stories are not and that one was originally "open access" as well.
