A few years ago I read a story about a total breakdown of the US government because of a terrorist attack. The next person in line for presidency is the Minister for education. She then takes on, successfully, several hot topics. Two abbreviations in this story are stuck in my head to this very day: ESOP and USOP.
Is someone able to give a little nudge to the gray matter between my ears?

You're welcome to it. But it's a long way from one end of the state to the other if you're talking about Bluff City, TN. Something like 500 Miles. But then there's Nashville as a somewhat halfway point. Heard there are some amazing bars around that place.
There's hope to find a job and; in the foreseeable future, naturalization in the Midsouth. Don't know why I like that area in particular but I do. Hope to make the jump across the Atlantic in Sep/Oct.
joyfully Memphis is known as the bluff city since it overlooks the mississippi river on a bluff.
Plans are firming up a little. Looks like I'm going to arrive in Memphis shortly before Halloween. I intend to stay for about 10 days (depending on the flights available back home to Germany).
While Memphis is probably pretty good, I am just outside Shiner, Texas.
Hence the name, and the modus operandi.
