The removed list indicates it was removed this morning, at author's request, time not shown.
About 1100 AM (CDT) a blog was posted that CiT book 2 in ARC (adv reader copy) would be posted on Bookapy - for purchase, for a period of time, 1 to 2 weeks - and will be updated when final version is ready.
This has been his practice with his Richard Jackson stories, and, I think, with Ever and Always.

Cast in Time Book 2: Baron of the Middle Counties is up on Bookapy as an Advanced Readers copy (which means not been through the final edit yet.) After the final edit will be reloaded and available on your bookshelf.

Crowdsourced editing is always appreciated. I know that his dedicated team of editors is busy putting the final polish on book 2. That's why the current version on Booapy is an ARC. At this point that means the readers of the ARC
Richard keeps trying to become the SOL Forum half-wit jester... we keep telling him that it is not an actual job... but he keeps applying for it in random posts like the entry above. So far I don't think anyone has actually fully understood any of the application posts he has submitted.

The Grinning Dick really makes me wish SOL had a 'block user' feature. My enjoyment of the forums would significantly increase.
That's a suggestion I made a couple of months back, and for precisely that reason.
His worst post was maybe a year ago - someone was looking for Spitfire and Messerschmitt which is no longer on this site. Those of us who knew where it was were implying where it was to be found - Gina Marie Wylie's site. Grinning Dick posted a direct link, something which caused the thread to be deleted. That was no longer the normal self-indulgent spamming, that was trolling.

Ward is defined so we can understand why Edward is not used, with Ed being substituted. And of course ban a din has a meaning worth pointing out. A pun my word. Or maybe upon my word.

IMHO and its very humble, we need more stories with word play and puns. Other forums have amusing notes like we ship cargo by truck, and send it by ship. And the note about boarding a plane and planeing a board.
It might be hard to plan an entire story, even a flash story on one or more of these kind of contortions of the English Language, but putting them in one would increase its entertainment value.

Most of the occasions I have seen attempts to use puns or word play have been failures, usually because the author appears to be trying too hard. It works when used occasionally - Shakespeare used it for laughs - and I have seen it in some of the farces written in the middle of the last century, but the only modern day authors I can recall who seem to be able to carry that style were/are Terry Pratchett and Piers Anthony in his Xanth series.

Might I recommend the Robert Asprin MythAdventures series. It might meet your punny bone's needs.

That's where I got the dime pun from. His "Xanthe" books are chock full of puns and he takes a real long way to set it up before he drops it and you just want to pound your head on something.
I thought I might have tricked some by the "drop a dime" part.
