Whoa! I tried to open it to convert it and I felt like Lets Game It Out. Now, after crash recovery, (can you say open 843ish tabs?) I have found that Calibre turns it into a 32+ meg file. Do you have Premire? If so, I would suggest getting Calibre to do conversions on EPUBs. It's free, and the interface isn't horrible( like everything there is a learning curve) you can convert/edit pretty much anything.
LibreOffice can save as PDF, but I have never been able to figure out how to structure the document (for epub or pdf)
