Time travel back to the old West.

saaba ๐Ÿšซ

Looking for a story where a guy after losing his wife in a DUI accident that she caused, time travels back to the old West. He has everything in his truck and basically advances American civilization.

Thanks in advance.

My first thought was Kraken's Robledo Mountain, but IIRC the wife died from cancer or another illness.

Thanks for all the replies. The story was more advancement in technology then the ones posted. Also, I may have been wrong on the wife cause of passing away.

He is driving a motorhome though.

Here's the Synopses.

Driving down the road in the Mesilla Valley of southern New Mexico, sandwiched in the few hundred yards between the Robledo Mountains to the West and the Rio Grande to the East, Paul McAllister loses consciousness while returning home from a gun show. An hour later, he regains consciousness finding himself swept away on the tides of time. So begins his journey of discovery.
