At the end of The Heir, the author Levi Charon in his notes states The next story in this series is titled Here and There". Follow the trials of Aelrindel (Jesse) and the clan on their new world. At the same time, witness the emergence of the remaining Ennahai as a new force as they labor to repair man's disastrous stewardship of Planet Earth.
That story does not appear to be on SOL, nor does a Google search give any clues. Does anyone know if this follow-up got published and how I could get hold of it.
