I remember something like this but can't remember the title or author.
Was the wife a spy or agent and the husband never knew? Then he accidentally finds out she has had a few abortions or std's and starts looking closer at things. He and another guy track the wife to a hotel room where she is secretly teaching their daughter the trade and the daughter kills the man that is with the dad?

Actually there's another similar story that mentions the abortions, it's called "Did she cheat?" by StrangeLife. The author deleted it from the Internet several years ago. I used the same basic premise.
