I started reading the story, then misplaced it. An asian (Korean I think) college student had been raped and the police didn't believe her because she reported one guy and they found evidence of multiple guys. It's later revealed that's because her room mate was setting her up by having her boyfriend and his friends rape her and dumping cum from other guys to mess up the evidence while telling stories about her.
Later on a couple of cops also show up to blackmail/threaten her into having sex with them and tell the other cops she was a willing slut and will have sex with them if they ask.
