Thanks, I did not know that I will quit looking for the next story in the series, since it up to 16 books, I am guessing the first 3 books are like a teaser for the other 13.
What would now be considered books 1-7 were first posted here and on FineStories but divided differently than now. The rest of his books were first posted to Bookapy for a week or two before being Kindlized. That's been good for me as I'm still running Windows 7 and there is no K reader for W-7. I suspect the K contract on Books 1-3 has run out and he was free to bring them back.

Kindle for PC was updated a couple years ago and broke compatibility... but if you can come up with an older version, it'll still work. It's problematic finding and then trusting an installer, but it can be done (I have a 4 year old install running on a win 7 machine without issue (other than it's old).
