I'm trying to recall the title of a story I've read before... I'm pretty sure it was here. The MC has psychic visions about a serial killer and works with a female cop or fed. She has a connection to a mafia-type person who feels guilty for accidentally putting the cop's sister into a coma at a young age. The MC, at a later part of the story, helps the girl in a coma to come out of it after dealing with the serial killer.
