@blastB'day mates
Thanks for your replies to my post here, I live in Brisbane the capital city of Queensland and we do not get snow. We do have a couple of places here in Queensland that get snow but that is extremely rear, we are called the sunshine State. Our winters are cold caused by winds coming from the south and getting as low as 4 or 5 is very rear. We enjoy the high 20s low 30s most of the time. On that matter how are you in the UK enjoying you very hot for you your summer temperatures in the 40s, in the top end of Australian in the wet season that is normal. Remember the top end only have two seasons, the wet season (September to march) and the dry season the other months of the year. I did spend a few years in my younger days on drilling rigs for mineral exploration in the Kimberley region of West Australian punching down holes searching for uranium in the middle of nowhere. We were many miles for the nearest towns. I worked from Halls creek right up to the coast line north of kununurra and the northern territory boarder in places yery few people ever get to see.
