I have been binge-rereading Oyster50 stories so I first thought this one was in there somewhere but it's not.
A single guy, I believe an engineer, is moving into a new apartment. He sees a late-teen girl watching and is struck by how beautiful she is and how overall attractive. Later we learn that she had the same happen. They meet up and wind up getting married. Ring any bells.
