A few years ago I read a story about a guy that was in Philadelphia to find his friend. On the street one day he was shot and woke up in the hospital with no memory. I forgot the person who shot him got blown up from a gas leak . Anyone know this one???
I think it was one where the MC could use magic, and the explanation given for the fireball he toasted the shooter with was the gas main explosion.
I mean, that's the closest I remember to anything like that. Unfortunately, I don't recall the exact story.
