I suspect he meant the Internet Relay Chat but hit the I once too often. as far as I know there is no official IRC set up by Lazeez, however, Jim7 has an IRC chat room for SoL authors and readers at:

The previous info was from the original email I was sent. It appears sometime since then there has been some changes as my current chat program works and it has the TerranIRC server IP and port as:

104.194.206.242/6667

with the autojoin channel as

#SOL
