Anyone know what happened to him? He wrote a couple of really good stories I just read again. There is no email on his page.

The last I heard he just isn't writing these days. The Human stories are complete, and don't need a sequel. He has said he has no plans to do a sequel to 'Island Mine'
It is interesting to wonder where all the disappearing authors go. Of course, its hard to tell if they are young, old, employed, retired and a hundred other things that could change their ability to write.
BTW, I loved the two Human Stories, Island Mine was wonderful right up to the horribly depressing ending.

I too loved the Human Stories and thought Island Mine was so good but the ending is just to much and it is one of my few favorites that i have Never read again.

Sort of like Hemingway's "The Old Man and The Sea". Refusnik's ending in Island Mine affected me about as strongly as that one did.
