Some time ago I read a story on SOL titled "The (some Indian tribe name) Way". At least that's what I recall. It was Science Fiction and had to do with various characters - an American teen, a South American woman who could "jump" from one place to another, Hawaiians who fought a losing battle against aliens but some were rescued, an AI who was trying to bring about a different result in the battle against aliens by looping through time - who all ended up in the same world.
Does anyone have any idea what the actual title is and where I might read it again?
