Al Steiner (of "Aftermath" and "Greenies" fame) started another part of the Greenies universe in August, published some parts up to September - and then stopped.
I tried to contact him via email, but so far got no reply.
Does anyone have a current status of him?
This isn't unusual. If you sort his stories by date, you'll see that two of the five most recent were also abandoned. Hopefully, this one will be finished.

And there were some big gaps between the starting and finishing many of his now classic stories.
I thought Al was one of the few people involved with ASSTR still around. If he is much of his non-work time may be tied up in getting ASSTR up and running again.
