They're done all the time. Often using the same methodology as Kinsey: faking data, misrepresenting the meaning of data, restricting the survey group to those that will give the predetermined conclusion, etc..
As to underage, probably the age of first intercourse has, on average, risen. Certainly the legal age of consent has increased.

Arguable, with the addition of "Romeo and Juliet" (close in age) laws, the opposite is true.

Prior to the 70s most also had a requirement that the girl had to be chaste to provide grounds for prosecution with a hard line of below 10, 12 or some similar number below the general age of consent.

Actually, the Kinsey Sex surveys were never particularly accurate, as the later 1976 Hite Report, which actually included detailed excepts rather than summary overviews categorizing the actual respondents, which is more prone to abuse. While in Hite's case, you can either accept for reject any individual woman's fantasy you want. Whereas with the Kinsey studies, there was no way of evaluating whether what he claimed was accurate or not.
Plus, Hite's was just a purely joyful erotic romp, rather than just dry statistic data of little applicable value.
