I suppose Rewind will be approached if/when he's good and ready.

Wanting to sometimes doesn't line up with being able to. I haven't read Don's work, but if the poster above is correct in saying "too close to home," that makes it double more difficult.
Don wrote in his blog (about Rewind):
Am I going to finish it? Honest answer: I don't know. I'm not motivated to do so at the moment, but that may change.
He had, long ago, said it was too close to home to finish, but later implied he might finish it. The last update (on the 11th of this month) makes that doubtful, at least in the short term.
Thanks for posting this. I didn't see the original on my home page, cluttered as it is with writers capable of posting 3 stories a day about banging their mommy. It's a good read. I'm not a sci-fi fan and nearly didn't go past the first chapter but I'm glad I did. Very well written and worth a read. Thanks again.
Don posted that hes starting a patreon and will finish rewind, but you'll have to support him there to read it.
I do wish there was a system online where you did not have to worry about having your information hacked.
Not a week goes by without hearing about a company getting hacked and your information is with bad guys.
The main reason I try to limit the amount of different companies my info is with.
What in the hell does any of that have to do with this thread?
Presumably the poster is worried about the possibility of Patreon getting hacked.
