Erotica about afterlife? Don't know if there is any
I know of at least one non do-over story which has a 'ghost' possessing the body of a comatose person.
In some aspects, many do-over stories involve at least one person dying and occupying another body which could be considered a 'light' version of afterlife.
There are also examples where the bodies serve as transitory 'temporary' stand-ins, allow the person to survive until they find another, more viable body. Thus, they'd inhabit a nearby comatose body until they could return to their own, youthful body.
