(Man, I can't believe you outed me...)
The Otter emailed me and I replied, then decided that for every one leader who asks, there'll be twenty followers who also want to know (but were afraid to ask?).
Back in the dark ages, an up and coming webhosting site offered a pretty good deal on low-volume experimental domains and hosting. And, no shit, they have kept to their promise of never raising their rates for continuous customers. So, I've got a couple of domains and sites I use IRL and a couple more I use for, as my wife puts it, "your porn writing".
The Swarm wiki used to be hosted for free at "freewiki.in" but when whoever was paying for that domain stopped paying, well, I don't know if the server still has the data but without a valid domain the DNS makes it hard to reach.
Since I'm ALREADY paying for the domain and the hosting, I've put up what I could salvage from a year-old text-only .XML backup file at

It's still a work in progress, but Omachuck and CharlieFoxtrot have done a lot of work on it. It's getting there. SGTStoner has promised to fix the issue with Templates the next time he takes a coffee break.

https://readerinfo.net/index is a good source of information on SoL authors that have gone inactive. The moderators have a contact link on the home page where they like to receive verified information about authors who have passed away, or otherwise become inactive.
