In the Cast List for 'When Dreams Come True' Celtic Cowboy includes the phrase "(see Making Sara Smile)" alongside 4 people. Is/was that a separate story? Is it the story of Sara Dillon and Jim O'Daniel which starts in Chapter 11 of When Dreams Come True?
