There were a lot of entries in this year's contest. A lot of authors got involved which must be a good thing. I'm wondering if Lazeez is as pleased with the membership involvement. Did the majority of members vote and engage in the process? Was it a success that way? Was it any better or any worse than other years, involvement wise?

There's likely a perfect number of entries, as too few would make the contest feel inadequate but too many could make it feel overwhelming. Could be hard to read all the stories and vote in the given timeframe. I guess I'm just curious how you guys measure contest success and if this year's made the grade.

That's good to hear. One idea to help the authors, who entered, get some traction on their works now that contest is over, could be to repost all their contest stories on the homepage again since all users didn't have access to them first time around. Might give them a little exposure as when first posted only members could read. But maybe you already did that, or maybe that simply isn't needed or wouldn't work. But just a thought.
