While either scenario might play for the traditional 'whole family incest fiasco' scenario, I find them all a bit implausible. If my new wife suddenly started flashing the entire family--without warning--I'd schedule a checkup with a psychiatrist, fearing a possible emotional breakdown. It's not so much erotic as utterly unstable.

Thus, scenario three, where it's just a personal thing between two individuals, which someone else just happens to see, makes the most sense (of the three), and then the story can play out from there as whoever witnessed it wrestles with what they saw, but again, the main focus then becomes 'discussing' it with the rest of the family to figure out WTF is going on and whether the new mother is actually safe to be around children. Once more, that's not teasing, erotic or 'just saw you in the shower and now must have you', it's downright creepy and problematic.

Context means everything, and here, there is no beyond on deranged individual.

Scenario 1 is grounds for a divorce as she deliberately deceived him before the marriage.

Even before calling your lawyer, the first step would be to grab your kid and get the hell out of the house, whatever that requires! That's why context is so essential to a story. Without that context, things just don't fit together, no matter how much thinking might have gone into it. Either it makes sense logically, or it's an outlier which doesn't fit within the story. But seeing that line is not always an easy process. :(
