I received a message from someone who purchased my novel on Bookapy notifying me that I mixed up the names of two characters near the very end of the book. Of course I fixed it right away and uploaded the new version.
Anyone know what happens to previous buyers of the book? Are they stuck with the incorrect version? Is their copy automatically updated?
My understanding is they can now download the current version from website, but they need to visit the site and redownload it from their Bookshelf. However, the question is best directed to Lazeez for a definitive answer.

Maybe the client should contact Lazeez direct as it may be an issue related to their account and not the main system.
