I had to make a typo change to a novel on Bookapy (actually, putting in a dropped word). It was unbelievably easy to do. Much easier than Amazon.

Amazon can often take days (or multiple hours, at a bare minimum), regardless of content, especially when there's NO evidence that any human eyes actually review the material, as it's virtually ALL handled by AI engines.
Comparing corrections to Amazon is setting a VERY low bar. However, Amazon's strength lies in preserving the author's formatting, which most other sites fall short on (largely because it's highly automated).
But you're right. I love the Bookapy system, especially since authors earn more (with fewer 'mysterious' payments and deductions) than anywhere else.
