You mean a chapter title?
If you submit a chapter or the whole story with chapters this way, titles will be picked up:
Chapter xx: Title
chapter's text....
or
Story Title
Author name
Chapter 1: chapter 1's title
chapter 1's text.....
Chapter 2: Chapter 2's title
Chapter 2's text.....
etc...
ETA: You can also add titles or edit existing titles of chapters in the Story management system.
Yes, I meant the chapter title. What you're saying is that it has to be in the file that is being uploaded? It looks like the number is added automatically by the submissions wizard in the little box below the title page and again in a larger font on the first page of text. (I hope I've made that understandable.)
Once the story is posted you can go - Author/Editors - Manage Stories - select a story from the list, then go to the bottom of the page to where the Chapter Statistics are, select the chapter you want to change the title of, and that opens a new page where you can change the chapter title. You can make it a name only or add a name to the current wording.
