Now, I'm not in the habit of archiving messages but that "Archive" seems to be significant.

I archive almost all messages. That's where they are.

I do, too. My inbox was getting completely out of control, plus I'd replied to many different people. Now, someone writes me, I send them a reply, and hit 'archive'.
Thank you. They last for a year there. I actually have a couple more than I originally thought.
