Using Google Translate, the OP seems to be railing against stories by someone who hasn't posted since 2009 being premier stories.
Since 2009 is more than five years ago, my guess is the author stopped logging in...

If he complains about paying for a membership, I rather honestly doubt he would pay for a published copy either.
