It's humorous, but I'm not sure I'd suggest it as reference material for authors from foreign countries when setting their stories in the U.S. It's basically a snark-fest (look it up).

That list is funny, as Crumbly Writer says, but it's just for comedy. If you used it in a serious story, it would confuse the readers.
