It looks like he's a dead-tree author (his stories are tagged novel-pocketbook). You won't be able to contact him.
If they're posted as 'novel pocketbooks', that means he's either long dead, or no longer has any control over his stories, as they're now all free-access (i.e. written before 1967 (?)).
