For each of my stories on SOL, the number of votes cast significantly exceeds the number of premier members who have the story in their libraries.
There's one exception, one of the two stories I'm currently actively working on, and which can best be described as monobrow rather than highbrow.
Ignoring the trivial cases where voting has been disabled, how common is this phenomenon?

Stories posted after 01 November, 2018 got automatically inserted into the libraries of premier members/authors who are following you.
Note 2 on my stats page says
"2. The Favorite Lists item tells you how many premier members/authors have you in their library as a favorite author."
Note 1, 3, 4 & 5 have little yellow boxes to show where they apply. Note 2 doesn't - has that been superseded by 'Followers'?
