I've had some unsatisfactory involvements with them in the past, but they were USA based sites and organizations as the DMCA is a US law and only applies to US businesses with the site operating in the USA. Not sure where a .co site is or if the DMCA will help you with them.

And yes, I would be rather suspicious of a site purporting to offer DMCA take down services that's located outside the USA.
Maybe they interpret the term differently.....
Yeah, as in meaning "Free money!" rather than "aiding threatened artists". :(
Like others, I distrust a Columbian site filing legal papers in America, as they have no applicable responsibilities to obey American laws, or be held responsible if they do something illegal.
Even if they don't charge users for the service, just like Trump's ex-lawyer, they likely make it up by working out 'deals' with the people you're filing the take down notice against. It sounds like a scam, in whichever form it takes.
